All documents uploaded through the portal will be stored securely in the cloud to satisfy the SBA’s document retention requirements.
A quick note about syncing your bank accounts: To ensure we have the information required to complete your loan forgiveness application, we require that you sync your bank accounts within the portal. Don’t worry, our site is fully secure (see the https:// in front of our domain) and FastLink FinApp from Yodlee, the application we use within your portal to connect with your bank, is monitored by the FFIEC and OCC, as well as all major banking regulators, and submits to an annual security audit by over 200 independent financial institutions. Once your bank accounts are synced within the portal, its security is our utmost priority, and we will never share, make public, or put at risk any credentials, account information, or data.
To start syncing your bank accounts, click on the Bank Accounts link on the portal. For additional security purposes, the bank account page will open in a new window and you will need to re-enter your login credentials. After logging in, click on the orange + Add New Account button.
Select your bank from the list of available institutions, or if you do not see your bank listed, search for it at the bottom of the window. Be aware that some larger banks may have different options for different types of accounts, such as retail and commercial.
After selecting your bank, enter your bank account login credentials in the Verify Credentials window and click Submit.
It may take a few minutes to properly update and sync your bank account. You will be given a confirmation when the connection is successfully made.
If you cannot find your bank click Contact Support to schedule a customer support session during which a PPP Support Representative will assist you.
If you need assistance with anything on the portal, click the Support tab to schedule an appointment with a PPP Support Representative. Select a date and time that works for you and click Confirm.
Enter your name, email address, and a brief description of how we can assist; then schedule the support session.
You will receive an email with a calendar invite to the support session on Zoom. Click the Zoom link in the calendar invite at the scheduled meeting time to connect with a PPP Support Representative.
Why do you need my payroll data?
We use your payroll data, including payroll history details and an employee roster, to determine your eligible payroll expense for the coverage period. This will help determine how much of your PPP loan is eligible for forgiveness.
- NOTE: You need to provide the credentials for an ADMIN account in order for us to access the data we need.
What will you do with my payroll login credentials?
ADP, OnPay, and QuickBooks: You will provide your credentials on our fully secure site (see the https:// in front of our domain), and we will encrypt your login credentials. After you provide your credentials, we will access your payroll provider account and set up Stanfield Associates LLC as your Accountant (ADP and QuickBooks) or provide accountant access to an Accountant user (OnPay). Once our Accountant user has access to your account, we will download the payroll reports we need to complete your application and securely store the data in the cloud to satisfy all the SBA’s document retention requirements.
- You will receive an email from your payroll provider notifying you that an accountant has been added, and once you receive your complete PPP loan forgiveness application you can remove our access to your account.
Paychex: You will provide your credentials on our fully secure site (see the https:// in front of our domain), and we will encrypt your login credentials. After you provide your credentials, we will access your Paychex account and will download the payroll data we need to complete your application. The data will be stored securely in the cloud to satisfy all the SBA’s document retention requirements.
Gusto: When you authorize us, Gusto will allow us to pull the payroll data we need to complete your loan forgiveness application. We will not have access to nor store your login credentials and you can remove our authorization once you receive your complete PPP loan forgiveness application. Your data will be stored securely in the cloud to satisfy all the SBA’s document retention requirements.
Bank Account Data
Why do you need access to my bank accounts?
We use your bank transaction history to confirm all your eligible expenses for your forgiveness application. Using multiple sources for expense data allows us to validate across sources to ensure your application is accurate.
What will you do with my bank account login credentials?
Our secure site (see the https:// in front of our domain) is integrated with FastLink FinApp from Yodlee, the application we use within our portal to connect with your bank. FastLink FinApp is monitored by the FFIEC and OCC, as well as all major banking regulators, and submits to an annual security audit by over 200 independent financial institutions. Fastlink FinApp will sync with your bank account to pull the transaction history, which will be securely passed to us. We will not have access to nor store your login credentials.
Why do you need my general ledger?
We use your general ledger to determine your total non-payroll eligible expenses for the coverage period. This will allow us to calculate your loan forgiveness eligibility and complete your application. Your general ledger will be stored securely in the cloud to satisfy all the SBA’s document retention requirements.
